Your login email should arrive almost immediately after purchase, but if you don't see it, please check your junk/spam folder. It's most likely ended up in there by mistake.

IF YOU PURCHASED ANY DVD OR USB SETS
Depending on what time of day you ordered, we'll get those shipped out today or first thing in the morning. If you're mainland USA, they should take no longer than 4-5 days to arrive, though please allow up to 10 days for delivery during busy periods.
